Here's the question this role exists to answer: as Nubank moves from a Latin American digital bank into a globally distributed company operating across dozens of jurisdictions and new verticals - competing simultaneously for regulated banking talent and frontier tech talent - how do we build a Rewards architecture that scales without fragmenting, stays competitive, efficient & effective, and reinforces a single culture across radically different labor markets? The frameworks that took us from zero to over 135M customers across three countries are not the frameworks that will take us to 40+ markets. You will be the person who decides what scales, what gets rebuilt, and what gets retired. Why this matters: Compensation, benefits, equity, and executive pay are the contracts we write with every person we hire - and at our scale, those contracts are also the operating system that determines where we can grow, how fast, and at what cost. This isn't a function that administers programs handed down by the business. It's the function that decides what's possible.
