About The Role Role Overview We’re looking for a Lead Experience Designer to join our growing creative team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and influence all experience design activities across the lifecycle of a project — from running client workshops and conducting user interviews, through to partnering on concepts and bringing prototypes to life. While this is primarily a maker role that will see you heavily involved in the work, you’ll have regular opportunities to partner closely with CDs and ACDs, be a leading voice in the day -to -day of projects, and gain skills and experience that will set you up the next step in your creative career.
