Lead Fullstack Software Engineer (Javascript - Barcelona)

Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities Take full technical ownership of multiple products, including building new features, implementing technical improvements, and providing support to editorial teams. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript , React , and Node.js . Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs using Node.js, with NestJS experience as a plus. Design and optimize cloud-based applications and services using AWS . Work with PostgreSQL and other database technologies to build reliable and scalable data solutions. Lead and provide technical direction to a team of junior developers. Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, Git , CI/CD , and automated testing. Continuously optimize application architecture, performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability. Build and promote reusable components and solutions that can be leveraged across multiple products and teams. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to communicate solutions, demonstrate work, identify risks, and drive projects forward. Work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment while meeting critical project timelines. Provide technical guidance and independently drive solutions while seeking feedback when appropriate.
