Remote Personal Injury Case Manager

Westbridge Legal Staffing is hiring a Remote Personal Injury Case Manager to support a California -based law firm. We are looking for candidates in Colombia with proven Case Manager experience in U.S. Personal Injury and Property Damage cases (mandatory). Key Responsibilities Open and manage claims Handle medical and Medicare claims and understand the difference between both Coordinate and manage medical treatment based on policy limits Manage cases involving Auto Accidents, Dog Bites, and Premises Liability Maintain accurate case updates in case management systems and follow up consistently Requirements (Mandatory) Advanced English (spoken and written) Minimum 1 + year of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager (no related roles) Experience handling U.S. insurance claims Strong knowledge of medical treatment management based on policy limits (required) Familiarity with case management software (Filevine) Must be based in Colombia, Mexico or El Salvador Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with CLIO software is a plus What We Offer 100% Remote Long -term opportunity with a U.S. law firm How to Apply Send: Updated CV 1–1 .5 minute video in English talking about your work experience as a Case Manager and highlighting your skills and strengths related to the role. hiring.process@westbridge -legal.com Only applicants with real PI Case Manager experience will be considered.
