We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to strengthen our team in Costa Rica where you will be representing TikTok in the local market. In this role, you will be targeting brands and agencies to get them to adopt TikTok for their online marketing campaigns.   If you’re passionate about digital marketing, have a data driven mindset and have a proven track record in media don’t hesitate to reach out to us.  What you'll do: : Participate in strategic planning to grow or generate new business opportunities. Act as a consultant for top Key accounts. Primary POC for client campaign management and timely reporting. Provide actionable insights on campaign performance (products, budget, creatives vs. KPIs, delivery). Ensure SLA adherence for excellent client service. Optimize accounts for increased spend and manage reservation projects. Drive product/company education and share best practices with clients/agencies.
