Senior Director, Revenue Strategy

ABOUT THE TEAM You’ll join Mural’s global Revenue team as the leader of our strategy, operations, systems, and enablement functions. In this role, you will guide a high-impact team where cross-functional partnership and operational excellence are central to our growth. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you will deliver strategic insights, streamlined processes, operational excellence, and effective enablement programs that empower our teams and drive outstanding results for our customers. YOUR MISSION You will architect and lead Mural’s revenue strategy, revenue operations, GTM systems, and sales enablement functions to accelerate business performance and growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will serve as a strategic thought partner—proactively identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and translating company priorities into scalable revenue-driving initiatives. You will drive alignment across GTM teams, oversee operational excellence, and build enablement programs that boost seller effectiveness.
