The team recently launched credit card capabilities in the United States and is building the frameworks, platforms and AI-enabled practices required to scale into future countries. As a Staff Software Engineer, AI & Credit Card Platform, you will operate across multiple squads and technical domains, helping shape how credit card products adapt to new markets. This is a strongly cross-functional role involving Product, Engineering, Business, Legal, Compliance and platform partners. You will combine deep technical leadership with hands-on execution: building reusable country-launch capabilities, driving AI transformation across the engineering lifecycle, and guiding architecture across three to four squads.
