This role partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver high -quality talent solutions, with a particular focus on Finance, Actuarial, Insurance, and other corporate functions. Guided by our purpose and growth strategy, this position plays a critical role in enabling business success through exceptional talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities ======================== Lead end -to -end recruitment processes for strategic and specialized positions across Finance, Actuarial, and corporate functions. Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies and deliver market insights. Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high -caliber talent in competitive talent markets. Support regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, including talent attraction, employer branding and workforce planning projects. Required Qualifications =========================== Bachelor's degree required. Advanced English proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S. -based stakeholders in a business environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruiting, Research or other related talent acquisition function. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. AI Fluency: Ability to leverage AI -powered tools to improve productivity, research, sourcing, and decision -making while applying sound judgment to evaluate outputs and recommendations.
