You will partner directly with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build high-converting candidate pipelines, and deliver a fast, transparent candidate experience. In this role, you will leverage Greenhouse , Slack , and modern AI-driven sourcing techniques to optimize hiring velocity, ensure data accuracy, and strengthen Clara's employer brand across all touchpoints. You’ll also: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes with speed and precision, from intake to offer extension. Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter , candidate referrals, and automated AI tools to identify high-caliber talent.
