Telemarketer ARG

Responsible for renewing and extending memberships for existing members, promoting membership upgrades (Gold/Platinum), reactivating expired memberships, and selling additional Interval International programs while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires Portuguese language proficiency to effectively support Portuguese -speaking members. Key Responsibilities: Contact members to renew memberships. Promote membership upgrades and premium programs. Reactivate expired memberships. Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets. Respond to member inquiries regarding products and services. Provide daily sales reports and maintain accurate records. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma. Portuguese proficiency (written and verbal). Experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM/customer service systems).
