THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Client Success Manager to join our Sales team in Berlin! YOUR IMPACT You are responsible for the continuation and renegotiation of existing contracts (renewals) for our B2B clients with a strong focus on larger corporate accounts You analyze the existing portfolio, identify data-driven needs for action based on opportunities and risks (up and cross-sells), and initiate measures independently You are responsible for contract negotiations with (key) corporate accounts optimizing revenue and margins in close coordination with colleagues from related areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Controlling You actively work on the continuous improvement of our processes and methods in the area of Client Success to position Wellhub for a successful future in this area You understand the wishes and needs of our corporate clients and derive strategies & tactics for specific contract negotiations and conclusions as well as for future product improvements WHO YOU ARE You have a minimum of 3 years experience in contract management & negotiation, sales, or key account management, ideally in a B2B environment (experience in pricing processes is a
