Reports To Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A Who You Are 4+ years of experience in a financial role (FP&A experience required); public company experience is an asset. Outstanding interpersonal skills and eagerness to build strong partnerships and communicate with multiple cross-functional partners/stakeholders; possess the confidence and tact required to express views to both senior stakeholders and peers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with very strong Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / Powerpoint skills Hands-on experience pulling & analyzing complex data; solid financial modeling skills Strong bias towards action and pursuing continuous improvement; excitement and confidence to embrace new ways of doing things, including automating functions leveraging AI Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and proactively to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs Highly skilled at figuring out and managing the processes and timelines necessary to get work accomplished; consistent track record of successfully building processes and procedures that can scale during high-growth periods A passion for solving complex and impactful problems, using an organized and logical approach to find solutions; ge
