In this role, you will be a key operator within our Judicial Orders & Regulatory Attention team, acting as the primary bridge for official communications from the CNBV (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores), fiscal, administrative, and judicial authorities. You will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end operational workflows via the SITI AA portal, ensuring 100% compliance with statutory deadlines for information requests, account freezing/unfreezing (aseguramiento y desbloqueo de cuentas), fund transfers, and the enforcement of the Blocked Person List (Lista de Personas Bloqueadas). YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - SITI AA Management: Daily monitoring, control, and end-to-end execution of digital requirements received through CNBV’s SITI AA portal (Atención a Autoridades), ensuring zero regulatory gaps or SLA breaches. - Authority Enquiries & Judicial Orders: Analyzing, processing, and responding to official subpoenas, information requests, and documentation requirements from CNBV, SAT, FGR, and competent judicial/administrative authorities. - Account Asset Orders: Executing regulatory actions regarding account freezing (aseguramiento), unfreezing (desbloqueo), and asset transfers in accordance with Mexican banking laws and CNBV mandates. - Blocked Person List (LPB): Acti
