THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Director, Head of Enterprise Business to join our team in Vienna ! This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Vienna office. Wellhub is officially expanding into Austria and Switzerland , and you will lead a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As Head of Enterprise Business, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial presence across both countries—building a strong and sustainable B2B strategy, hiring and developing a high-performing team, and establishing Wellhub as the trusted partner for corporate wellbeing across the region. This is a rare leadership opportunity to take ownership of a strategic multi-country market, combining team leadership, hands-on commercial execution, and long-term vision to define our success across Austria and Switzerland.
