Role: Executive Assistant to Domain GMs Location: Remote – Brazil or Colombia Experience Level: 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience Work Model: Remote | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) The Role You will provide executive, administrative, and operational support to Domain GMs within Turing’s R&D organization. Your primary responsibility will be managing complex calendars and coordinating priorities across multiple executives, teams, and time zones. You will also support meeting preparation, communications, expenses, travel coordination, and other evolving administrative needs. You will operate as part of a coordinated Executive Assistant team, not in isolation. You will align closely with the EA to the CTO, collaborate with other EAs, and provide backup support when executive coverage is needed elsewhere.
