Role Overview As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining workflows, developing concepts, and crafting new interactions and components. Your expertise should bring simplicity, transparency, and delight to the complex finance industry, leveraging AI to enhance the design process and elevate the quality and speed of your work. This role demands a hands-on approach and a keen interest in simplifying complex, antiquated mortgage processes. You will be involved in every step of the product design process — from discovery and interaction design to visual execution. Responsibilities Craft user experiences that transform how lending institutions process loan applications. Lead projects and initiatives, defining strategy and UX vision through cross-functional collaboration and alignment. Develop design foundations that are scalable across a diverse customer base and applicable to various loan application offerings. Elevate the design team's craft, inspiring the team to build towards an impactful vision. Re-envision internal processes necessary for loan origination and home transactions. Qualifications 🔴 Must Have Fluent English skills (100% US client-facing environment). At least 5 years of full-time product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional quality.
