Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role Responsibilities: Formulate and lead monitoring of high-level expansion plans and commercial prospects to optimize results across all project workstreams. Establish core success benchmarks and KPIs by converting industry trends and analytics into tangible commercial outcomes. Orchestrate full-lifecycle flagship projects through rigorous coordination, delivery, data review, and consistent reporting to leadership. Govern diverse internal and external partnerships while addressing potential threats to guarantee mission-critical goals are achieved as scheduled. Present performance reviews and progress updates to the broader team, including regional and global stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas). 5+ years of experience growing and retaining business while leading a team to consistently exceed revenue targets. Hands-on experience building data and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau) to drive decision-making. Proven experience working with major smartphone OEMs or smartphone retailers in Indonesia is strongly preferred.
