The position This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space in Employee Lifecycle Operations, by joining our Employee Lifecycle team. As a Senior Lifecycle Specialist (OHS), you will ensure that all activities related to the occupational health and safety of employees are performed effectively, compliantly, and on time across multiple countries supported by Remote. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing vendor partnerships, driving contract management processes, and be in charge of rolling out all events related to health and safety across the globe for Remote’s employees. You will be reporting to Employee Lifecycle Manager. Requirements Significant work experience in a digital environment BA/BS degree or equivalent. Progressive management plus required examiner experience within Workers’ Compensation insurance industry. Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing insurance partners and brokers Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries Good analytical ski
