We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to own the overarching architecture for Nubank’s global Remittance and Cross-Border Payment Platforms. In this role, you will sit at the strategic intersection of high-scale distributed backend systems, foreign exchange (FX) engines, international payment rails, and global compliance platforms. You won't just maintain existing pipelines, you will architect the foundation that enables instant, low-cost, multi-currency money movement for millions of users across borders.Your mission: maintain and grow a resilient, multi-country remittance engine that abstracts away complex global payment rails and regulatory requirements into simple, reliable platform capabilities.
