THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Manager – Small & Medium Business (SMB) to our Wellbeing Engagement Regional team in the US ! This is a Remote – US position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in the US. This role is to join the Regional Wellbeing Engagement team as a high-impact, strategic, and autonomous lead for our Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment. Reporting directly to the Wellbeing Engagement Director, you will serve as the primary Wellbeing Engagement point of contact and strategic lead across the entire SMB portfolio of 1,000+ client accounts. Operating on a scalable, one-to-many model, you will design, test, and deploy wide-reaching engagement strategies, programmatic playbooks, and automated journeys across the business unit to drive paid subscriber growth and employee activation.
