Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role: Must-have Skills: 4 to 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Strategist within Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics, or WMS implementations. Agile Requirements Delivery: Deep hands-on experience writing refined user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence within Scrum/Kanban environments. Process Modeling (BPMN): Advanced skills in process mapping and diagramming using tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Visio. Data Analysis & SQL: Strong ability to run complex SQL queries, analyze datasets, and build operational reports using Power BI and advanced Excel. Financial & Business Case Acumen: Proven ability to build business cases, calculate ROI, and evaluate P&L impact for technical and operational feature rollouts. Bilingual Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Spanish. Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research. Identify opportunities to streamline production processes. AI/ML Lifecycle Understanding: Conceptual knowledge of digital product architecture, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI data governance.
